Return / Refund

Thank you for shopping. We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may only return it to us for a full refund once the product has been returned to us. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase using a tracking service - Royal Mail or other courier company. All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and tags attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at info@amazingsmallthings.uk or use the 'Contact Us' form. Please provide a brief description of the reason for the return, place the item in its original packaging (if possible) and send the return to the following address:

DAMAGED PACKAGING/PRODUCT

If you have received your order and found that your items arrived damaged, please take photos:

  • Packing/box only,
  • Photo of an open box with visible items inside,
  • Close-up photo of damaged items,

This will give you proof that your items arrived damaged. If the damage is minimal, we will ask you to return it (the return cost will be refunded). If the damage is significant, we will not ask you to return the items and instead send you a replacement or refund.

Please note:

You have 5 working days from the date of delivery to report the damage, unfortunately we will not be able to help if this time period has passed. From the date of reporting the damaged shipment, you have 15 days to return the shipment to us for inspection.

Please take into account that if you:

  • change your mind,
  • ordered by mistake
  • find that you do not need this item
  • don't like this item

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, costs incurred for returned items will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable return shipping method.

You also have the right to refuse delivery from the courier if the package appears to be damaged, it will be returned to us immediately for inspection, resulting in a faster refund or a replacement shipment.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and checking the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) business days after receiving the item for your return to be processed. Refunds may appear on your credit card statement after 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your credit card company.
