Delivery options

Standard delivery within the UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK islands is free.

1. Standard delivery: Delivery is made on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day depending on payment confirmation and delivery address selected. In order for your package to be dispatched within the same business day, we must receive payment confirmation for your order by 12:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.
2. If possible, you can choose a scheduled delivery method
shipment e.g. home delivery, local pickup.
3. Delivery costs at the checkout when buying online, on the day of order confirmation:
  • Standard shipping
  • Express shipping - £7.99 (+ additional costs for express shipping to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK islands)
4. The product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address stated in the order. A signature may be required to pick up the item.
5. If you have not received the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in your shipping confirmation, please contact us via our website or by email.
6. Orders can be delivered within the UK
We can deliver to the following areas:
  • Mainland (2-4 working days)
  • Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Grampians, Northern Ireland and some areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note that deliveries to these areas take slightly longer than stated in our delivery schedule and delivery confirmation (3-6 business days).
We are unable to provide an exact delivery date because it depends on the availability of our courier with delivery to the address indicated.

SMS and e-mail notifications
Our courier can send updates via SMS so you can be updated on your delivery or pickup order. Simply add your mobile number or email address at checkout to receive these notifications. The number of messages you will receive will vary depending on your order.

Change the address in the order
We cannot change the delivery address once your order has shipped. If the order is with the carrier, you can contact them directly and they will change the delivery address if possible. If the courier cannot redeliver the shipment to a different address, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, we will not refund you the shipping costs, and you may be charged a fee if you want us to resend it.

Tracking order
For express shipments, you can track the status of your order at any time through the online order status. If you choose standard delivery, Royal Mail is most often sent, you cannot track the delivery.

Delivery information
Providing incorrect delivery details may result in delayed or non-delivery.

If the order is delivered to a company address, please informed that our carrier will deliver the shipment to the post office or collection point and ask for the office manager's signature; our carrier does not require a signature specific to order details. 
If you provide a home address where the reception or concierge service is located, our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign a delivery contract as long as he has a fixed location reception or in the building.

Cancellation
If the Customer decides to cancel the order at any time after placing the order.

If an order has been shipped, Amazing Small Things will not cancel that order. The customer has the right to return this order at his own expense.
If the order has not been shipped, any costs incurred in placing the order will be refunded.

Questions about your orders
In the event that no one is available at the indicated address at the time of delivery, a note will be left stating whether the order has been left in a safe place, such as with a neighbor, or if you need to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date.

If you know that you will not be at home during the delivery, contact the courier, choose a safe place or a safe neighbor.

If the expected delivery date stated in your shipping email has passed and you haven't received your shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

If they try to deliver your order three times, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will deduct the delivery costs from your order (in case of a refund) and if you wish, resend it, but an additional fee will be charged.

Damaged orders
If your shipment is damaged when you receive it, you have the right to refuse delivery. If you find damage only after receiving delivery, please see our return policy here.
