Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom via trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel, and Parcelforce. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Order Tracking

If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact the delivery provider first.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 96 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
