Material & quality information

Each shape is precision laser-cut from high-quality 3 mm MDF. The surface is smooth and ready for priming, painting, staining or decorating with decoupage papers and vinyl.

  • Please allow a size tolerance of up to ±3 mm due to the manufacturing process.
  • The colour of the material may look slightly different from the photos depending on your screen settings.
  • The edges will show a natural “burnt edge” effect from laser cutting – this is normal and often adds a rustic look.
  • For larger shapes (20–50 cm in other listings) a slight “warped” or “boat” effect can appear; this is a natural feature of MDF. For 1–10 cm squares this effect is usually minimal.

Eco-friendly detail

For the production of MDF, recycled wood waste is used, which is more ecological than the acquisition of new wood raw materials. Additionally, our MDF does not contain added formaldehyde or other harmful chemicals, making it a more environmentally friendly option compared with some synthetic materials.
