The dry-resistant plywood available in our offer is suitable both for laser cutting and with the use of CNC milling machines, thanks to which they can be used in almost every construction, workshop and home project - they can be successfully used to make advertising products, souvenirs, gadgets, decorations, toys, medals, statuettes, boxes, photos, key rings, plates, puzzles for children or folding 3D models.
Dry-resistant plywood is a solid material that, even with a sheet thickness of only 5mm, offers great design possibilities. Cut, model, glue and create unique home, workshop and construction projects.
This product is designed for CO2 lasers.
The plywood is made of 3 or 5 layers of Baltic birch, the stresses in the board will warp or twist the board, if you need a perfectly flat, do not make the plywood.
Storage - recommended storage on a level and preferably pressed with a weight.
Plywood is susceptible to atmospheric moisture, so if there is any movement on the board, leaving it in a dry and warm place will be helpful.
A 500x300mm format for laser cutting 5mm B/BB, cut with a saw made of 5mm dry-resistant birch plywood, B/BB, with an accuracy of +/- 2%. May have oval inserts on the BB side
B Grade - The first side has bright ground surfaces and discolouration free side and ring knots, they are uniform.
BB Grade - Plywood has light polished surfaces (only occasionally we can meet with small knots and darker places, sometimes oval inserts may appear).
Made of selected birches, veneer glued with urea-formaldehyde glue. Perfect for laser cutting, decorating and bending.
The plywood has a food contact certificate.
Material
Due to the fact that they are cut from birch wood, each shape has its own unique surface pattern.
The colour of the material may be different than in the picture, it all depends on the settings of the display of your device.
The edge of each sheet is clear-cut on the saw
Both sides are sanded to a smooth finish ready for paint or staining or they look great in their natural finish.
This is a natural product so please allow some tolerance on sizes stated (max +/-3mm), also sometimes sheets cannot be perfectly flat - "warped effect" or "boat effect"
